Items that are clean and in good repair work best. The fabric and its pattern affect the look and feel of the completed bear.  Most garments are acceptable but each will be inspected and a determination made as to success.  If it is determined a garment cannot be used, it will be returned to you with a full refund.  We suggest you review the pictures in our web site for examples of how your keepsake will look using a particular type of garment. www.memoriestohold.com

How long will it take to complete a custom designed keepsake?

It generally takes 3-4 weeks to complete an order.

What if you want to have a quilt made but you only have one garment to send?

If your garment is not large enough to produce a full quilt, fabric squares can be purchased to compliment your item.

What will happen with the remnants from your garment?

All remnants will be discarded unless special instructions accompany your order to return them. Pleas check the appropriate question on the top of your order form.

What types of photos are best for a gift card?

Photos that are in good condition are best.  Choose photos with minimal backgrounds.  Your photo will be returned with the completed keepsake and gift card.

How do I send my photo?

We will accept your photo by mail with your garment and order form, or by e-mail.

What payment methods are accepted?

Currently, we accept personal checks and money orders.
All personal checks must clear before an order will be processed.
