What it is: Teddy Bears; custom designed, hand and machine stitched soft sculptures known as "Memory Bears", sewn from your cherished garments.
How it's used: These are comfort items, visual memories to hug, reminisce, and snuggle.
How it's made: From you, I learn the significance of the piece and the sentiment involved. The material is hand cut by placing pattern pieces on those significant parts of the garment. The pieces are sewn together, movable arms and legs are attached using buttons. Each piece is accessorized with black button eyes. Depending on the garment, pockets, cuffs, logos, or lace are added.
They are generally 10-18 inches.
